HR and Admin Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the operational activities of the P&C department / section. Enhance systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Technical
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Enhance solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Manage staff in accordance with Division/dept Communication Matrix and conduct limited employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Schedule and conduct department meetings and responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Maintain all personnel records at a high level of confidentiality and ensure the processing of all new employees, Update employee’s file to cope with official documents requirement.
- Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, on Department operations and follow-up latest issues of Local Labour Law and future amendments.
- Monitor the in processing of all new employees.
- Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
- Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT Performance
- Identification and control of hazards in assigned work area
- Ensure aspects identified are monitored and operational controls are followed
- Report deviations in Integrated Management System
- Monthly payroll (EOS, Leavers, OT)
Co-ordinate
- Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
- Work under pressure (i.e., handling significant problems and tasks which come up simultaneously and/or unexpectedly).
- Write reports and statistical data analysis.
Government relations
Supervise the activities related to the processing of employees’ visas, renewals, Iqamas, work permits, licenses and other government-related documentation for NOMAC in KSA / respective Country to ensure compliance with NOMAC’s policies and local regulations.
Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organisation’s standards.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
Related Assignments
Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.
COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
- Need to work closely with Executive Manager P&C, P&C Team and all Plant & Head Office Staff.
External:
Needs to build a rapport with Governmental Bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree holder in Public Administration, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 – 8 years’ experience in the area of Human Resources or Administration.
