HSE Officer

Location : Rabigh

• Provide support to assess risks and review tasks of key operational activities in order to identify and prevent probable HSSE hazards leading to significant losses.
• Attend meetings with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors and advise them on the HSSE management and performance in order to create awareness and ensure adherence to defined standards.
• Assist in the implementation of the Plant’s HSSE management system, including emergency preparedness and management, to ensure conformity to NOMAC standards and compliance with HSSE legal requirements and contractual obligations.
• Assist in the implementation of the Plant’s HSSE management system, including emergency preparedness and management, to ensure conformity to NOMAC standards and compliance with HSSE legal requirements and contractual obligations.
• HSSE performance and compliance to ensure adherence to the HSSE policies and procedures. 
• Develop daily / monthly HSSE reports, highlighting any incidents, concerns and issues at the Plant to ensure timely escalation and resolution of problems at the site.
• Support the implementation of the work permit system, ensuring proper measures are taken prior to commencement of work such as equipment or plant isolation, shutdowns, commissioning etc., to ensure all work areas are safe for required work.
