Manager Electrical

We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.

Job Description/Person Specification Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end electrical engineering for wind/PV/ESS projects (substations, transmission, grid connection).

2. Coordinate design optimization and drawing reviews with design institutes.

3. Conduct electrical due diligence for M&A projects.

4. Manage equipment selection, technical specifications and bid evaluation.

5. Supervise electrical construction quality/safety/schedule.

6. Troubleshoot on-site technical issues with contractors.

7. Lead commissioning, trial operation and grid connection.

8. Prepare electrical construction plans and documentation.

9. Ensure compliance with electrical codes/standards.

10. Read English technical documents and communicate with vendors.

11. Available for frequent travel/site assignments.
