Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Rabigh - Rabigh 4 plant
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Mechanical Engineer
Job Purpose:
To supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, plant availability, and safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Execution
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment
- Allocate resources and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and operational readiness
Troubleshooting & Improvements
- Identify and resolve mechanical faults and support equipment modifications
- Review maintenance data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Outage Management
- Support planning and execution of plant outages
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and within scope
Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure high performance
- Ensure work is carried out in line with procedures and quality standards
HSE Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Promote safe work practices during all maintenance activities
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP
- Ensure all work orders and reports are properly documented
Inventory & Coordination
- Monitor spare parts requirements and support timely procurement
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a plant environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance practices
- Experience in outage management
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Leadership and team supervision skills
