1. Job Title

Senior Manager Business Integration – Strategic Portfolio Coordination

2. Reporting Line

Reports to the Head of Business Integration.

The role is part of the Business Integration function and is focused on supporting disciplined execution of country portfolio priorities and leadership governance across the KSA portfolio.

3. Role Purpose

The Portfolio Coordination Manager ensures disciplined execution of key portfolio priorities through effective governance, structured follow-up, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The role manages the leadership team’s operating cadence, prepares executive-level materials, coordinates activities involving multiple stakeholders, and ensures actions and commitments are completed on time.

The position provides exposure to strategic, operational, commercial, financial, legal, and governance topics across Acwa’s KSA portfolio.

4. Key Responsibilities

 

Leadership Governance & PMO

 

  • Prepare agendas for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and management workshops.
  • Consolidate discussion materials from functions, assets, and project teams.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, decision logs, and action trackers with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Track action closure and follow up with accountable stakeholders.
  • Maintain a register of key decisions and monitor implementation status.
  • Translate management discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress of key portfolio priorities and escalate matters requiring leadership attention.

 

Executive Reporting

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
  • Consolidate updates from asset teams and corporate functions.
  • Develop executive dashboards covering business performance, key risks, major priorities, and management actions.
  • Highlight key achievements, critical risks, decisions required, and overdue actions.
  • Support preparation of materials for executive committees, boards, shareholders, lenders, and senior management reviews.

 

Executive Communication & Synthesis

 

  • Review technical, operational, commercial, financial, legal, and governance matters and convert them into concise executive materials.
  • Prepare management summaries, briefing notes, decision papers, and presentation decks.
  • Distill large volumes of information into clear messages, key decisions, critical risks, and recommended actions.
  • Prepare board-quality and shareholder-quality presentations.
  • Ensure complex topics are communicated in a clear, factual, and decision-oriented manner.

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

 

  • Coordinate topics involving multiple functions, assets, and stakeholders.
  • Organize working sessions to resolve open issues, dependencies, and information gaps.
  • Track commitments and ensure required information is provided on time.
  • Monitor progress of agreed actions until completion.
  • Coordinate critical portfolio-wide topics requiring input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure management decisions are implemented consistently across relevant teams.

 

5. Candidate Profile

 

We are looking for a high-performing professional with a consulting mindset who can quickly structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, synthesize large amounts of information, and present clear recommendations to senior management.

Candidates from leading consulting firms, infrastructure advisory practices, project finance advisory teams, infrastructure investors, utilities, or infrastructure developers will be particularly attractive.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, excellent executive communication, and practical exposure to infrastructure and project-financed businesses.

 

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, infrastructure advisory, transaction advisory, project finance, strategic PMO, or similar roles.
  • Prior exposure to senior management and executive decision-making environments.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Preferred Industry Experience

 

  • PPP projects.
  • IPP, IWP, IWPP, renewable energy, power, water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Project-finance experience is a plus
  • Infrastructure development, investment, or asset management environments.

6. Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Preferred disciplines include Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • MBA or master’s degree is considered an advantage.
