Job Description: 

We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.

Job Summary
Is responsible for managing payroll operations and supporting global mobility administration to ensure accurate, compliant, and
efficient employee services. This role partners closely with internal HR teams, Finance, external payroll vendors, and mobility service
providers to support expatriate management, payroll processing, compliance, and HR operational excellence.
JD:
Global Mobility Administration
• Support end-to-end global mobility processes including expatriate onboarding, assignment management, relocation
coordination, and repatriation.
• Coordinate with external mobility vendors, immigration agencies, and local HR teams to support visa, work permit, and
assignment-related processes.
• Administer expatriate compensation, allowances, and mobility-related benefits in accordance with company policies.
• Track assignment status, mobility documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate mobility records and employee data within HR systems.
Payroll Operations
• Support monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Prepare and review payroll data including attendance, leave, allowances, deductions, and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and Finance teams to support smooth payroll operations.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation matters.
Compliance & Process Management
• Ensure payroll and mobility operations follow established SOPs, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes related to payroll, taxation, immigration, and labor compliance.
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and mobility administration.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
Person specification:
• 5–8 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and mobility administration.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors and mobility service providers.
• High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness.
