Manager Finance

JOB PURPOSE:

To support overall project and operational finance management, including accounting, reporting, internal control and policy implementation. Standardized financial workflows and ERP operations, ensure financial, audit and local tax compliance, and partner with business teams to drive financial optimization and sustainable business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support management of project & operation accounting and reporting functions to meet the company's operating and strategic business targets.
• Support in development, review, and implementation for project & operation accounting financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control, proper financial practices, and reporting of project & operation finance and to be in compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Support ERP implementing and supervise transactional procedures and systems to ensure transparent accounting practices and full traceability (invoices, receipts, statements, etc.)
• Implement process and workflows, such as account receivables, account payable, payment approvals, PPE and inventory management, account reconciliations, etc. Ensure the timely execution and control of monthly/yearly accountancy closure, financial reports, audits and all service contracts for the project site.
• Ensure that taxation of project & operation companies are compliant with provincial, China tax law and regulations.
• Act as a finance business partner and work closely with various stakeholders in driving operational financial and growth performance, including M&A transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Advanced degree in finance or economics with strong understanding of IFRS (International) and financial reporting under IFRS, plus the same level of experience with Chinese GAAP.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in project company finance, renewable industry experience is a plus.
• Strong financial skills and proficiency in financial reporting, process design, internal control.
• ERP implementation experience (Oracle & SAP)
• Proficient in using office software that enhances efficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
